Nate’s Army 1K/5K/10K

ABSOLUTELY FREE! In cooperation with the Bakersfield Parks and Recreation Department, the BTC presents the Yokuts Park Fun Runs held on the second Saturday of each month. We start at 7:00 a.m. with a 1 mile “warm up” run for everyone. After that, choose from a 2, 3, or 5 mile run. We will keep track of your time and have snacks afterward. This is a great way to get in some training together.

Judgment Day Half Marathon

The Judgment Day Half Marathon course is one we are sure you will enjoy. You will start above Bakersfield at Lake Ming and run down Alfred Harrell Highway through Hart Park, then along the canyons and bluffs of Bakersfield. The course will continue past Bakersfield College and then hit the flat streets of downtown and end at Sam Lynn Ball Park. The 35th Bakersfield Police Department Memorial Run

The 35th Bakersfield Police Department Memorial Run will be held on Saturday, November 4th at 8:00 am at the Park at River Walk (Stockdale/Buena Vista). Proceeds pay for the education of children of fallen BPD employees killed in the line of duty. This years’ event will have extra-special give-aways to mark the 35th anniversary. Feat to the Beach 200 Mile Relay – Fresno to Pismo Beach

November 10 - November 11

From the central valley to the sea, the Feat to the Beach Relay will provide you with 200+ miles of great memories. Your finish line will be right on the beach front at Pismo Beach. Your team will consist of a maximum of 12 people (4 person minimum) team and rotate through 36 transition areas as you seek out those ocean waves.
